Order processing & production
All orders are processed and produced within 3 to 3.5 weeks (15 to 18 business days).
This includes manufacturing, quality control, and preparation of your order.
Shipping time
Once production is completed and the order has been shipped, delivery times are:
- Canada: 3 to 7 business days
- United States: 5 to 10 business days
- International: 7 to 15 business days
Total estimated delivery time
Depending on your location, the total delivery time is approximately:
- 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order
Shipping rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the carrier rates and destination.
Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- high order volume
- production delays
- customs processing
- carrier delays
In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Lost or delayed packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, a replacement or refund will be issued.
