RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview

Because all products are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or incorrect selection.

Please make sure to carefully review your order before purchasing.


Delayed orders

We understand that production and shipping times can vary.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe (4 to 6 weeks from the date of order), please contact us.

We will investigate the situation with the carrier and production team.

If the order is confirmed as significantly delayed or lost, a refund or replacement will be issued depending on the situation.


Defective or damaged items

We only accept refunds or replacements for items that arrive with manufacturing defects or damage caused during production or shipping.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • You must provide clear photos of the defect or damage

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

  • a replacement item, or
  • a full or partial refund depending on the case

Non-returnable cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • incorrect size ordered
  • change of mind
  • delays within the estimated timeframe
  • minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product

Lost packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue either:

  • a replacement, or
  • a full refund
